Hugh Sazegar brings more that 20 years of experience in information technology, processes and methodologies as well as senior level management to his role as President and CEO of Techcess Group.

Prior to co-founding Techcess Group in 2004, Sazegar has held various executive IT management positions with Schlumberger including President of Infrastructure Outsourcing, President of Networks and e-Transactions, and Vice President and General Manager of Point of Sale (POS) Terminals.

Ph.D. in Electronics (Signal Processing) from the University of Paris XI, Orsay.

Herve Chapellat serves as the Vice President of Operations for Techcess Group and provides more that 15 years of progressive business experience and a wide range of knowledge in information technology.

Prior to co-founding Techcess Group in 2004, Chapellat served in several senior IT management positions with Schlumberger including the General Manager of Service Delivery for Schlumberger's Global Service Management Centers, Vice President of Network Solutions for the Asia division, and Manager of IT Consultancy in Japan.
