Mark joined Techcess Group with an innate understanding of managing enterprise IT systems. His 20 years of experience at both Fortune 500 and SMBs, leading project management, technical consulting and process automation, seemed to be a natural extension of the Techcess Group business model. He understands the operational and technical complexities of obtaining and managing high availability, scalable, and efficient technical systems and puts those skills to work for Techcess Group customers.

Mark was a key player in the integration of technical systems during acquisitions at AIG American General. He was also a member of the company’s Enterprise Security team, where he worked with the monitoring and management of enterprise systems, developed security standards, and was directly responsible for capitalized IT projects with budgets up to $10 million.

Mark received his Masters in Information Science from the University of Houston in Clear Lake.
