Herve Chapellat was part of the duo that brought true IT innovation to SMBs by forming Techcess Group. As a true advocate of our customers’ businesses, Herve employs his 15 years of progressive business experience and a wide range of knowledge in information technology to work aligning IT processes with business goals to promote greater, managed growth.

Herve and Hugh Sazegar co-founded Techcess Group in 2004. Prior to that, he served in several senior IT management positions with Schlumberger, including the General Manager of Service Delivery for Schlumberger’s Global Service Management Centers, Vice President of Network Solutions for the Asia division, and Manager of IT Consultancy in Japan. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
